[1] ABOUT US

We are a company based in the UK, looking to bring on dedicated Medical Virtual Assistants to support our day-to-day patient care operations. You’ll work directly with our doctors and become an integral part of how we run the practice.

[2] THE ROLE

As our Medical Virtual Assistant, you’ll handle the administrative and patient-facing work that keeps the practice running smoothly — scheduling, records, communications, and follow-ups — so our doctor can focus on patient care.

This is a long-term role for someone detail-oriented, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable working UK hours.

[3] WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
- Update and maintain patient records in our EMR / EHR system
- Handle patient communications via email, phone, and patient portal messages
- Coordinate referrals, prescription refills, and prior authorizations
- Support billing and insurance verification workflows as needed
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the doctor

[4] WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Required: At least 2 years of medical VA experience
- Strong English communication, both written and verbal
- Able to work UK-parallel hours
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet with confidential patient information
- Nice to have: Prior remote executive assistant experience in any field

- Starting rate of $7 USD/hr
- Long-term, stable role working directly with our practice
- Fully remote — must have a remote-ready work setup (reliable internet, backup power, quiet workspace)
- Consistent UK-overlap schedule
