JOB OVERVIEW

1. Learn and Understand the event background and event product, especially the type of attendees and the benefits for sponsors
2. Do comprehensive market research to ensure you understand who are the potential sponsors and extract their company’s solutions description related to the event theme and the contact details from internet
3. Do cold calls to reach to the decision makers and propose the sponsorship package
4. Do Follow-ups, keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors
5. Negotiate and close the deals, Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached and chase payment 6. Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sponsor and exhibitor opportunities
7. Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines
