ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing, subscription-first DTC supplement brand focused on cortisol, sleep and gut-brain health, selling across Australia, the US, the UK and Canada. We run a high-volume creative testing machine on Meta, and design is central to it. We work like a sports team: high standards, clear output targets, and people who want to be the best at what they do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Static ads: Design high-converting static ads for Meta from creative strategist briefs, then produce format variants and iterations of winners
- Native ads: Design advertorials, listicles and native-style creatives that look editorial, not branded
- Website and landing pages: Design PDP sections, landing page assets, comparison charts, infographics, banners and offer graphics that support CRO tests
- Social media: Create organic social content and assets across our channels
- Anything else graphics:

HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)
Your application must include:
- Your portfolio of static ads, website assets and native ads
- A Loom video (max 5 minutes) where you talk us through:
1) Your 3 best static ad concepts, and the thinking behind each one: the angle, the hook, why you designed it the way you did
2) Any website or landing page assets you've created, and the reasoning behind them
3) A quick walkthrough of your AI workflow: how you use Higgsfield and other tools for image generation, and how it fits into your design process
We care most about how you think. A great-looking portfolio isn't enough; we want to hear your reasoning.
APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A LOOM WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
