# Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager

**Company:** BetterTok
**Type:** Remote

BetterTok is looking for someone who can find high-potential creators and turn those relationships into content that drives awareness, views, and users for BetterTok.

Your main job will be discovering creators across **TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and other platforms** who make content around TikTok LIVE, streaming, creator tools, OBS, gaming, tutorials, monetization, and similar topics.

You will then reach out, build partnerships, and get those creators to produce content about BetterTok.

## What You'll Be Doing

- Find creators whose content regularly performs well in our niche.
- Study creators before reaching out — their views, engagement, audience, content style, hooks, and previous viral videos.
- Identify creators who could naturally make BetterTok content without it feeling like a forced advertisement.
- Contact creators through email, DMs, ---------- , or other channels.
- Negotiate rates and partnership terms.
- Manage creator campaign budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate BetterTok tutorials, demonstrations, reviews, feature videos, Shorts, TikToks, and other creator content.
- Work with creators on content ideas, hooks, angles, and concepts that have a strong chance of performing.
- Make sure creators understand BetterTok enough to demonstrate it correctly.
- Track deadlines and make sure content actually gets posted.
- Track views, engagement, clicks, signups, downloads, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify which creators and content styles perform best.
- Rehire successful creators and build long-term relationships with them.
- Keep an organized list of creators contacted, responses, pricing, deals, content status, expenses, and results.
- Give the BetterTok team regular updates on everything currently in progress.

The goal isn't just to pay creators to say **"use BetterTok."**

We want creators who can make genuinely useful, entertaining, or interesting content where BetterTok naturally becomes part of the video.

## What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Understands what makes short-form content perform.
- Can recognize creators with real viral potential.
- Understands TikTok, YouTube Shorts, creator culture, and current content styles.
- Is extremely good at researching creators.
- Can communicate professionally with influencers and their managers.
- Is comfortable negotiating.
- Can manage budgets responsibly.
- Is organized enough to manage many creator conversations simultaneously.
- Understands hooks, retention, packaging, and why certain videos outperform others.
- Can look at campaign results and determine what we should do more of.

Experience in **influencer marketing, creator partnerships, creator outreach, UGC, affiliate marketing, or social media growth** is strongly preferred.

## Main Goal

Your goal is to consistently find creators capable of making **high-performing BetterTok content** and build a repeatable system where creator videos generate awareness, traffic, and new BetterTok users.

We care about **results**, not simply how many creators are contacted.
