We’re a UK property photography business looking for a reliable, detail-focused assistant to manage media quality checks, delivery, bookings and client communication.
The most important part of this role is taking responsibility for each job through to completion. You should notice missing images, follow up with our editor, resolve small issues and get the finished job delivered without needing to be chased at every step.
Confident phone communication and excellent clutter/object-removal skills are essential. This is primarily a coordination, quality-control and VA role, with clutter removal and occasional quick revisions. Our editor handles the main photo editing.

2. QUALITY CHECKS, CLUTTER REMOVAL AND DELIVERY
• Check incoming media each morning around 10am UK time and prepare jobs for delivery.

• Check removals closely for visible editing marks, repeated textures, distorted objects and other errors.
• Inspect every image for straight verticals, level horizons, correct perspective, consistent colour and exposure, sharpness and clean editing.

• Make sure every job includes the expected rooms and ordered media, with no missing files, duplicates or incorrect property details.
• Check floor plans for the correct address, clear labels and obvious issues such as missing doors or inconsistent layouts, using the available photographs and job information.
• Upload, organise and deliver media through Spiro. Experience is helpful, but training can be provided.
• Check delivery links and ensure the final presentation is complete and professional.
3. MANAGING REVISION REQUESTS
• Respond to estate agents’ revision requests through

• Complete occasional small or urgent photo revisions yourself to a high standard.
• Send clear instructions to our editor for larger revisions, follow up and check the finished work.
• Replace the correct files and let the client know when the changes are ready.
4.

• Excellent clutter and object-removal skills. This is particularly important: please provide before-and-after examples demonstrating clean, convincing results.
• Proven photo-retouching ability, ideally with property photography experience.
• The ability to complete occasional quick photo revisions to a high standard.
• Excellent attention to detail and the judgement to spot clutter, quality issues and missing information independently.
• Strong organisation and follow-through. You take ownership of tasks and keep people updated.
• Reliable availability around 10am UK time, with agreed working hours for calls, messages and revisions.
• A reliable internet connection, suitable computer and a quiet environment for phone calls.

WORKING HOURS AND OPPORTUNITY TO GROW

We currently handle approximately three property jobs per day and have ambitious plans to grow over the coming months. We’re looking for someone who would like to grow with the business, with the potential for increased hours and responsibilities as bookings increase.
Additional hours will be agreed together. There is potential for this to become a full-time role in the future, although this is not guaranteed.
