JOB OVERVIEW

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel and AI Automation Specialist to build and manage the systems that support our business operations. This role combines CRM implementation, workflow automation, and AI integration.

Responsibilities include configuring GoHighLevel, developing lead follow-up and appointment-booking workflows, and connecting key business applications. The specialist will also help design and implement a broader network of AI agents that share information and coordinate tasks across business functions.

The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into reliable automations, recommend suitable tools, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear documentation. Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required; experience developing multi-agent AI workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and configure my GHL account, including pipelines, calendars, forms, and contact management.

Connect domains, email, and phone services, including applicable sender registration and consent settings.

Build landing pages and appointment-booking flows.

Create workflows for lead capture, follow-up, reminders, customer onboarding, and internal notifications.

Connect GHL to other business tools using APIs, webhooks, Make, or n8n.

Help implement AI agents with clear responsibilities and handoffs.

Troubleshoot issues and test workflows from start to finish.

Document the setup and provide short walkthrough videos so I can manage the system.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience setting up and managing GoHighLevel.

Strong understanding of CRM pipelines and workflow automation.

Experience with integrations, webhooks, and troubleshooting.

Clear written and spoken English.

Ability to work independently, communicate progress, and flag problems early.

Preferred Experience

AI automation using n8n, Make, Relevance AI, CrewAI, or similar tools.

Connecting multiple AI agents within a business workflow.

Email deliverability and SMS setup.

Building systems for small businesses.

What Success Looks Like

A working GHL system that captures leads, tracks their progress, books appointments, and sends the correct follow-ups. All agreed workflows should be tested and documented before handover.
