JOB OVERVIEW

US, LatAm, Spain, Europe, Asia — Ongoing

We're a fintech that provides US business bank accounts and payments to international SMBs. We're
building a partner channel with companies that help entrepreneurs form US LLCs and other entities, and
we need an exhaustive, well-researched contact list. This is a long-term project — we want every
provider that exists, not a sample.

What You'll Build
A Google Sheet of company/LLC formation providers, organized in phases:
1. United States – every LLC/company formation service you can find, including registered agent
firms and small one-person shops. Size doesn't matter; smaller is better. We already know the
large players (LegalZoom, ZenBusiness, Bizee, Northwest, Doola, Firstbase, etc.) — the value is in
finding the long tail.
2. Latin America – every country, one by one (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil,
Uruguay, Bolivia, Central America, the Caribbean, etc.). Pay special attention to agencies that
help locals form US LLCs ("crea tu LLC en Estados Unidos", "abrir empresa en USA", etc.) —
these are our highest-priority targets.
3. Europe (Spain, UK, Sweden, Romania, Poland, Norway, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic)
4. Canada
5. Asia (Singapore, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Nepal,
Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam)
6. Australia, New Zealand
7. Middle East (Israel, UAE)
8. Africa (Egypt, Morocco)
Then, as a separate tab: accountants, CPAs, and tax advisors in these same regions who also offer
company/LLC formation as a service.

Columns For Each Row
• Company name, website, country, city
• Company size (solo / 2–10 / 11–50 / 50+)
• Services offered (US LLC formation, local entity formation, registered agent, accounting, tax,
etc.)
• Do they serve non-US residents? (Y/N)
• Primary contact: name, title (prefer founder, owner, CEO, or Head of Partnerships/BD), email,
LinkedIn URL
• Company LinkedIn URL; Instagram/YouTube/TikTok if that's their main channel (common in
LatAm)
• Languages
• Source URL and any notes

*Emails must be verified and tagged verified/unverified. No guessed emails, no duplicates.

Tools
You should also be resourceful beyond these — Google in local languages, Instagram/YouTube/TikTok
searches, local business directories, Facebook groups, marketplace listings, and forums where these
small agencies advertise.

Pay and How We'll Work
• Hourly, with time tracking, starting at 20–30 hours/week. Rate depends on experience
• Start with a paid 5-hour test batch on the US phase so we can align on quality before scaling.
• Weekly check-ins; deliver continuously into a shared Google Sheet.
• If the work is strong, this becomes an ongoing research role covering other lead-list projects.

You're a great fit if you...
• Have built B2B lead lists with verified emails and LinkedIn profiles
• Are comfortable searching in Spanish (Portuguese a plus) — much of the LatAm and Spain
research will be in Spanish
• Are meticulous about formatting, deduplication, and accuracy
