Small, owner-operated Australian process serving company. We work with a network of experienced process servers across NSW and Victoria, and you'll work directly with the owner. We serve court documents for law firms, businesses and individuals, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-focused admin to support our day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
• Answer incoming calls and
• Call clients to confirm new enquiries, verify job details and secure the booking
• Enter new jobs into our system and keep client and job records accurate
• Draft affidavits of service from our process servers' notes, for review and signing by the server
• Follow up overdue accounts by phone and
• Escalate complex or urgent matters to the owner
• Carry out other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, confident phone manner (including outbound calls)
• Strong attention to detail. Affidavits are legal documents, so accuracy matters
• Experience in legal admin, a law office, collections or customer service (process serving experience is a plus)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and quick to learn new software
• Reliable, self-managing and happy to work independently
• Trustworthy and discreet, as you'll handle confidential client and legal information
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a headset
• Able to work hours, e.g. 9:00am–5:00pm Sydney/Melbourne time, Monday to Friday

• Pay in USD or AUD, based on experience up to 40 hrs per week
• Direct access to the owner, with starter templates and guidance. We're still building our processes, so there's room to help shape them as we grow
