JOB OVERVIEW

Reels 2 Revenue is a US-based social media agency. We produce 120 short-form reels a month for business owners and run the systems that turn views into booked sales calls.

We're hiring one skilled, full-time appointment setter. Your job comes down to one number: qualified strategy calls booked that actually show up. Everything else in this post exists to support that number.

"Qualified" means: they run a business or a personal brand that already makes money, and they're serious about investing to grow it. Booking unqualified people wastes the founder's time and doesn't count — we track show rate and call quality, not just bookings.

You will be trained on every tool and every process. We're hiring for setting skill, English, and reliability — not for knowing our software.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Instagram DMs — the core of the job. Reply to every inbound message within 10 minutes during your shift, qualify with 2–3 sharp questions, handle objections, and book them onto a strategy call via our Calendly link. Then follow up until they show. You'll work inside ManyChat's inbox, not the Instagram app.

2. Funnel leads — every person who completes our quiz gets a text and an email from you within 15 minutes, then a 5-day follow-up sequence until they book or say no. Confirm every call the day before. Chase every no-show.

3. Outbound — when the inbox is quiet, you work our warm list: people who engaged with our content, downloaded the roadmap, or booked and didn't show. Re-open the conversation and get them on the calendar.

4. Posting — publish 8 reels a day to our Instagram from the finished files our editors deliver: upload, caption, cover frame, scheduled times, posting log. The files arrive fully edited; you get them live. This is the support task, not the job.

5. CRM + daily report — every contact's status, notes and next action kept current. A 5-line end-of-shift summary in Slack: calls booked, calls confirmed, DMs handled, leads received, reels posted.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Real appointment-setting experience — at least 2 years booking sales calls from DMs, chat, or inbound leads for a US, UK or Australian company. You'll be asked for your numbers: conversations per day, booking rate, show rate.
- Written English at a native level. You're writing to American business owners all day and they judge us on your first sentence.
- You can handle "how much is it?" without quoting a price. You understand why the price belongs on the call, and you can move someone there without being pushy.
- Available 9:00am–6:00pm US Pacific time, Monday to Friday (that's 12:00am–9:00am Manila). This is a night shift. Only apply if that genuinely works for you long-term.
- Stable internet (25 Mbps+) and a backup for power outages.
- Comfortable being measured weekly: response time, qualified calls booked, show rate, reels posted.

PAY

$1,000/month base, paid twice a month, plus $20 for every booked call that shows up — uncapped. Book 20 shows in a month and that's $400 on top of base; as our lead volume grows, so does your bonus. Paid holidays after 90 days.
