JOB OVERVIEW

Enchantment Marketing is a US digital marketing agency (Albuquerque, New Mexico) serving about 20 local service businesses: mental health practices, home services, medical and wellness clinics, and restaurants. Our focus right now is simple: keep our current clients happy with excellent service, fast communication, and clear results. We're hiring one full-time specialist to run client onboarding and day-to-day fulfillment.

This role is AI-first. You will use Claude (Anthropic's AI) and its connectors to GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva and our reporting tools to do the work faster and better. If you love learning new AI tools, you'll fit right in. We will train you on our systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client onboarding (after the owner closes the sale):
- Build new client GoHighLevel sub-accounts (new or repurposed accounts with active A2P), using Claude to construct as much of the build as possible for owner review
- Create and send a branded onboarding form to collect business details (legal name, EIN, address, ad account info, Google LSA and Meta setup details)
- Set up Google Ads accounts and grant the correct admin access to our agency team accounts
- Schedule and run the client kickoff/launch Zoom: final questions, testing, and expectations

Daily:
- Check every client's ad account health: impressions, clicks, leads, spend, disapprovals
- Remind clients to respond to leads sitting unanswered in their GoHighLevel inbox
- Send the owner an end-of-day report

Weekly:
- Mondays: review Google Ads search terms, add negative keywords, and report each client's last 7 days of results
- Review each client's Meta ads with Claude, create new creatives in Higgsfield or Canva when needed, and deploy them through the Meta Ads connector or manually
- Create one Google Business Profile post for Enchantment Marketing

Monthly:
- Build each client's monthly report with Claude, plus a draft email covering results and next month's plan, sent to the owner for review before it goes to the client

MUST-HAVES
- 1+ year hands-on GoHighLevel experience (sub-accounts, workflows, forms, funnels, pipelines)
- Experience inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar), and eager to master Claude and its connectors
- Excellent written English. You'll communicate directly with US business owners
- Detail-oriented and organized. You finish what you start and report problems early
- Reliable internet with a backup connection and backup power

NICE TO HAVE
- Claude, MCP connectors, Windsor.ai, Higgsfield or Canva experience
- Google Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile or A2P 10DLC experience
- Agency experience with local service businesses

SCHEDULE AND PAY
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Mountain Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine time; 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM from November to March)
- $8 – $10 USD per hour based on experience, paid twice a month
- Raise review at 90 days
- Long-term, full-time position. We use a time tracker and a shared task board
