You get recurring commission. You build a book of business. This is the best sales opportunity you'll ever see in your life.
The NYC Maid is hiring its first dedicated salesperson.
You do not need to live in New York.
You do need to be hungry, confident, persistent, comfortable with outreach, and interested in building a recurring book of commissions rather than simply earning a one-time payment for a sale.
This is also an opportunity to get in at the beginning of our sales organization.
Perform well, build the book, help recruit the team—and this position can grow into Sales Manager.
This is not normal commission sales
Most sales jobs pay you once.
We designed this differently.
When you create business for The NYC Maid, you have the opportunity to continue earning as that business continues producing completed services.
There are two primary ways to earn.
Opportunity #1 — Build your own customer book
Bring a customer to The NYC Maid.
That could include:
- Residential customers
- Commercial accounts
- Offices
- Property managers
- Airbnb / short-term rental operators
- Realtors
- Building managers
- Corporate accounts
- Other cleaning customers
When your customer books and completes a qualifying cleaning, you earn commission according to the program.
The real opportunity is what happens next:
That customer remains attributed to you.
If they continue using The NYC Maid, your book can continue generating commissions from future qualifying completed services under the program terms.
So you're not simply trying to make today's sale.
You're building a book.
Ten good customers are better than ten one-time transactions.
One hundred active customers can become an income-producing portfolio.
Opportunity #2 — Build a referral network
You don't always need to find the cleaning customer yourself.
You can recruit people who already interact with potential customers every day.
Think:
Doormen.
Concierges.
Realtors.
Property managers.
Moving companies.
Building staff.
Airbnb operators.
Contractors.
Interior designers.
Local businesses.
Other referral partners.
The NYC Maid already has a referral program designed to reward people for sending cleaning customers.
Your opportunity is to build the network of people doing the referring and earn according to the sales-partner/referral-network program.
Instead of asking:
“How do I find another person who needs cleaning?”
start thinking:
“Who already knows 100 people who need cleaning?”
That's how you build leverage.
Your job
Your mission is simple:
Create revenue.
You'll do that through:
- Direct outreach
- Phone
- SMS
-
- Social media
- Networking
- Partnerships
- Referrer recruitment
- Business development
- Commercial prospecting
- Relationship building
- Follow-up
- Reactivation
- Creative local outreach
We already have the technology and operating infrastructure.
We need someone who wants to go get the business.
No New York residency required
You can sell remotely.
The important thing is your ability to:
- Communicate extremely well
- Understand the NYC customer
- Build relationships
- Conduct outreach
- Follow up
- Close
- Recruit referral partners
- Think creatively
- Generate measurable revenue
If you can produce, we don't care whether you're sitting in Manhattan, Manila or somewhere else.
The opportunity is bigger than selling cleanings
You're our first salesperson.
That matters.
We're not hiring you to become salesperson #37 inside an existing organization.
We're building the sales organization now.
If you demonstrate that you can:
Sell → build a recurring book → recruit partners → create systems → help other salespeople perform
then the natural progression is:
Commission Sales Partner → Senior Sales Partner → Sales Manager
A future Sales Manager can help:
- Recruit salespeople
- Train them
- Build scripts
- Develop outreach strategies
- Manage pipeline
- Create partnerships
- Monitor performance
- Grow commercial accounts
- Expand the referral network
- Build the sales organization
The person who proves the model first has an opportunity to help lead the team built around it.
We want someone aggressive about results
Aggressive does not mean rude.
It means:
You follow up.
You ask for the business.
You don't disappear after one unanswered message.
You find another way in.
You look for partnerships.
You build relationships.
You don't spend eight hours “researching leads” and finish the day having spoken to nobody.
Sales requires activity.
And activity needs to produce revenue.
Full Loop CRM tracks the book
The NYC Maid operates through Full Loop CRM.
The system is designed to track customers, communications, attribution, bookings and qualifying completed services so the sales/referral programs can be administered around actual business generated.
You'll be able to build your book while the operating company handles fulfillment.
Your focus is creating relationships and revenue.
What could your book look like?
Think beyond one cleaning.
A residential customer may book repeatedly.
A property manager may control multiple units.
A realtor may refer multiple clients.
A doorman may meet new residents constantly.
A moving company may interact with people entering and leaving apartments every day.
A corporate relationship could produce recurring service.
You're not only looking for customers.
You're looking for sources of customers.
Who we're looking for
You may be a strong fit if you're:
- Highly motivated by commission
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Confident speaking with Americans
- Excellent in English
- Persistent
- Competitive
- Creative
- Comfortable on the phone
- Good at relationship building
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Organized with follow-up
- Independent
- Interested in recurring income
- Interested in eventually managing people
- Excited about building something rather than inheriting an existing sales territory
Previous sales experience helps.
Hunger matters more.
This is NOT for you if...
You need a guaranteed salary.
You dislike commission.
You're afraid of cold outreach.
You don't like calling people.
You give up after one follow-up.
You need someone feeding you warm leads all day.
You want to be paid for activity rather than results.
You aren't comfortable being measured by revenue.
Understand the opportunity before contacting me

Don't contact me until you understand both ways you can build your book.
Forget the résumé
I don't care about a polished résumé.
Sell me.
Send me a 2–5 minute video explaining:
Who are you? Why are you good at sales? How would you find customers for The NYC Maid? How would you build a referrer network? Who would you approach first? How would you get doormen, property managers, realtors and other partners referring business? What would you do during your first seven days? What would your first 30 days look like? And why should our first salesperson be you?
Then answer:
“If I give you The NYC Maid tomorrow, how are you going to build a recurring book of business?”
Send your video directly to Jeff on WhatsApp
