JOB OVERVIEW

We are a scientific company that supplies compounded medications, including peptides and GLP-1s, from licensed pharmacies to clinics across the US, such as med spas, weight-loss clinics and wellness practices. We are a small, fast-moving team building our own sales platform, and we need a healthcare professional who can run with things without being told what to do next.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours a week.

Who we are looking for
A healthcare or science professional who already understands this industry and wants to work on the business side of it. For example: a registered nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, medical technologist (medtech), biologist or chemist, or someone with a similar background.

You know how peptides and GLP-1 medications are used, how compounding pharmacies work, and what clinics care about. You are also comfortable in GoHighLevel.

Above all, you take initiative. You see what needs doing and do it. You don't wait for instructions. You find problems, fix them or bring the fix to us, and you follow through.

What you will do

- Train our sales reps. Teach them the products (peptides, GLP-1s and our services), how to talk to clinics, and how to onboard them. Keep the training material accurate and up to date.
- Manage and support the sales reps. Check their follow-ups, answer their questions, coach them, and make sure clinics are being contacted and not forgotten.
- Be our healthcare knowledge. Answer product and industry questions from reps and clinics, and review our material for accuracy.
- Support outreach. Research clinics, confirm the right contact and a valid email, and keep lead lists clean.
- Write SOPs and checklists so the team can repeat what works.
- Test our sales platform as it is built, and tell us what works and what should change.
- Bring ideas. Suggest better ways to do things, and build them when you can.

Requirements

Professional background in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, biology, chemistry or another healthcare or science field
Working knowledge of peptides and GLP-1 medications, and comfort talking about them with clinics
Experience with GoHighLevel (or a very similar CRM, and a clear ability to learn it quickly)
Able to teach, coach and manage other people
Excellent written and spoken English
Self-starter who takes initiative and does not wait for instructions
Reliable computer and stable internet
Available full-time, 40 hours a week
Nice to have: med spa, weight-loss, telehealth or compounding pharmacy experience; sales or account management; Google Sheets or an automation tool; comfort with AI tools
