We are hiring an Administrator, Operations who will start by learning the daily operation and be trained to become an Operations Manager responsible for running and growing The Florida Maid.
We are ready to hire today.
This is not a traditional VA position
We are looking for someone who is:
Fast. Hungry. Confident. Aggressive about results. Comfortable under pressure.
You cannot be someone who waits around for instructions while customers are waiting.
You need to see something that needs to happen and make it happen.
By aggressive, we don't mean rude. We mean you follow up, solve problems, ask for the sale, recruit the worker, respond immediately, and close the loop.
Your mission
The business already has demand.
Your job is to turn that demand into customers, completed services, repeat business and growth.
You will learn to:
- Answer inbound calls, SMS, email and chat quickly
- Convert leads into booked customers
- Follow up aggressively on unconverted opportunities
- Manage bookings and schedules
- Recruit, qualify and onboard cleaners
- Coordinate cleaners and customers
- Monitor jobs throughout the day
- Handle cancellations and last-minute problems
- Resolve unhappy-customer situations
- Monitor payments
- Generate repeat business
- Increase revenue and average order value
- Track daily performance
- Identify problems before they become emergencies
- Help expand The Florida Maid throughout Florida
You'll operate through Full Loop CRM, the technology platform that connects communications, customers, bookings, scheduling, workers, payments and business operations.
Compensation & growth
Starting pay: $200 USD/week
The first 4 weeks are your trial period.
Successfully complete the trial and your base compensation increases to:
$250 USD/week
You will receive a clear compensation and performance schedule covering your first six months, so you'll understand exactly how increased responsibility and strong performance can lead to increased compensation.
And advancement can happen significantly faster for exceptional performers.
Others in this type of position have progressed from $200/week to $500/week within their first month based on performance and increased responsibility.
There is also an opportunity for performance/profit participation tied to revenue sold/generated.
We want the person helping grow the business to have meaningful upside from helping create that growth.
Operations Manager in Training
The title is intentional.
We are not looking for someone to remain an administrator forever.
The path is:
Administrator → prove yourself → increased responsibility → Operations Manager.
An Operations Manager ultimately owns:
Customers. Cleaners. Revenue. Operations. Growth.

Customer service, call-center, sales, dispatch, operations, management or home-service experience is valuable.
