Philippines | Fully remote | Part-time or project-based
We are building an AI workflow business supporting an insurance agency and a construction company. This role will develop and maintain existing systems, improve information management and reduce manual work.
The current setup includes Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok and Zapier, along with reusable AI skills, scripts and chatbots. This role includes assessing which tools are needed, consolidating overlapping functions and recommending a simpler setup based on reliability, ease of use and cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will be scoped to each agreed project or set of part-time hours:
• Improve insurance workflows for document intake, information extraction, staff review and task tracking across Google Workspace, EZLynx and carrier websites.
• Support construction estimating and proposal preparation using approved source documents. Flag missing information; the construction team supplies and approves quantities and pricing.
• Organize source files, workflow instructions and task status. Consolidate duplicate material and archive obsolete files after checking dependencies.
• Simplify the AI toolset and reduce repeated data entry, unnecessary AI calls and processing of unchanged information.
• Move suitable scheduled workflows to cloud hosting, with phone-accessible results and failure alerts, without relying on an always-on office computer.
• Maintain integrations and browser automations, test changes and document operation and recovery.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience building and maintaining automations used in business operations.
• Practical Python or JavaScript skills, including the ability to read and debug AI-generated code.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and authentication; browser automation experience with Playwright or a comparable tool.
• Experience running workflows in the cloud, including logs, failure recovery and operating costs.
• Git, clear documentation, strong written English and the ability to work independently.
• Careful handling of confidential information, source verification and respect for human approval requirements.
Zapier experience is helpful, not required. Strong experience with Make, n8n, similar tools or custom integrations is welcome. Insurance or construction experience is beneficial; specific business processes can be learned on the job.
ENGAGEMENT
Work will begin with a paid project or defined part-time hours. Scope, compensation and support expectations will be agreed before work begins. The intention is to develop an ongoing, potentially full-time position as business needs grow and a strong working relationship develops.
HOW TO APPLY
Please include:

• What the automation did and which tools it used.
• Your specific contribution.

AI assistance with your application is welcome. Briefly explain how you used it and what you personally reviewed. Your experience and work samples must accurately reflect your contribution, and you should be able to explain the work in your own words.
Initial screening will take place through written applications and messages. No phone or video interviews are required at this stage. Shortlisted candidates may receive a short paid exercise using fictional data.
