JOB OVERVIEW

# About Us

We help technology companies win the hardest audience in the world: technical practitioners. Developers, DevOps engineers, security teams - people who ignore marketing and adopt products on merit. Our clients include GitHub, Adobe, Okta, Dynatrace, and Comcast, alongside some of the most exciting funded startups in developer tools and infrastructure.

We're a small, senior, fully remote team - and we're building something unusual: a consulting firm that runs on its own AI platform. Our internal system, encodes how we think - our methodology, our client knowledge, our production workflows - into agents that do real work. We don't use AI as a gimmick. It's the operating system of the company.

We're now scaling our productized services - content, video, and market intelligence for clients - and we need the person who keeps that engine running.

# The role

You'll be the production backbone of our company. Our strategists d ---------- what needs to exist - a set of blog posts for a client, a batch of videos, a refreshed metrics dashboard. You make it exist: producing through our AI agents, checking quality, keeping every delivery moving, and keeping the data our systems depend on accurate and fresh.

This is not a content-mill job and it's not an admin job. You'll work inside a sophisticated AI platform most companies won't have for years, produce work for some of the biggest names in tech, and be trained directly by the people who built the methodology.

And the scope grows with you. The people you'll work with daily both started in execution roles and now lead major parts of the company. We invest heavily in the people we hire - mentorship is not a perk here, it's how we operate. If you're hungry, this role is a front-row seat to how a modern AI-driven services business is built, with a real path toward owning production, then coordination, then client-facing work.

# What you'll do

* Produce client content - blog posts, video support materials, dashboards - through our AI agents, working from clear briefs and context provided by our strategy team
* Run quality checks against client voice and our standards before work goes to review
* Keep the production pipeline moving: schedules tracked, deliveries on time, nothing slipping silently
* Maintain the freshness of our data systems - client metrics updated weekly, event and market data kept accurate, gaps chased down and filled
* Flag issues rather than patch them: when an agent produces weak output, you surface it so the system gets fixed, not just the artifact
* Monitor operational tripwires (missing metrics, stalled deliveries, quiet clients) and alert the team
* Support production of our own content - the same engine we sell, pointed at ourselves

# What we require

* Excellent written English and a sharp eye for quality - you notice when something reads wrong
* Smart, fast-learning, and genuinely hungry to grow - we care more about trajectory than pedigree
* Data driven and comfortable measuring data and reviewing it regularly to spot trends and patterns
* A bachelor's degree, or equivalent ability you can demonstrate (our work-sample test matters more than your CV)
* Highly organized and self-directed - you keep many threads moving without being chased
* Comfortable learning new tools quickly; experience with AI tools is a plus, curiosity about them is required
* Reliable overlap with US Eastern mornings (roughly 8pm–12am PHT) for team coordination; the rest of your day is flexible and async. You will need to be flexible to join calls, sometimes early morning or in your evenings
* Based in the Philippines
* This will be your full-time job, no side gigs

# What will make you stand out

* Experience with Google Analytics, Zapier/N8N, and automation platforms.
* Experience with working with technical audiences
* Experience with marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/GEO etc

#How we hire

Short application, a conversation, then a paid work-sample brief - real work, real pay, so we both find out what working together is actually like. We start with a 3-month contract at full salary, converting to permanent with a raise when it's working - and we'll be straight with you throughout about how it's going.
