We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist with a strong background in DTC/e-commerce, especially within beauty, skincare, and supplement brands.
This is a performance-focused role. We’re not only looking for someone who can create good-looking ads, but we want someone who understands what makes creatives spend, scale, and generate profitable ROAS.
What You’ll Do
- Develop fresh creative concepts and angles for our beauty and supplement products.
- Create video and static ad concepts for Meta.
- Write hooks, scripts, headlines, ad copy, and detailed creative briefs.
- Research competitors, customer reviews, trends, winning ads, and new opportunities.
- Develop concepts for different personas and stages of awareness.
- Analyze Spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and other creative performance metrics.
- Identify winning creatives and develop iterations to help them scale.
- Work closely with our media buyers, editors, and designers.
- Ensure ad messaging and creative angles align with our landing/product pages.
- Understand how to communicate beauty and supplement benefits while keeping claims appropriate.
Who We’re Looking For
You must have previous experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC/e-commerce brands.
Experience with beauty/skincare and supplements is highly preferred.
You should understand:
- Meta/Facebook advertising
- Direct-response creative strategy
- UGC and static advertising
- Creative testing and iteration
- Customer psychology and market awareness
- Performance metrics, particularly Spend and ROAS
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT
Please do not apply without providing proof of previous creative performance.
Before we consider an application, you MUST attach a portfolio containing examples of ads/creatives you personally strategized.
For each relevant creative, please provide:
AD/CREATIVE
→ Your involvement/role
→ Total Ad Spend
→ ROAS
→ Other relevant results (CPA, CTR, purchases, etc., if available)
→ Proof of performance (screenshots from Meta Ads Manager or another verifiable source)
The Spend metric is especially important to us.
We want to see creatives that didn't simply achieve a strong ROAS on a small test budget; we want to understand how much spend the creative was able to handle while maintaining performance.
Applications that provide creative examples without Spend + ROAS + supporting proof may not be considered.
