We are a capital advisory firm. We help companies raise equity and debt, and we have a 25+ person team across several countries. Cold
We are hiring ONE person to own that machine end to end. Not just campaigns. Not just copy. The infrastructure, the replies, the numbers. All of it.
OUR SETUP TODAY
-
- Volume: around 10,000,000
- Sequencer: Instantly
- LinkedIn: sbl.so, 500 accounts
- Tracking is OFF. No open pixels, no link tracking, ever
If 10 million a month sounds normal to you, keep reading. If it sounds scary, this isn't your role.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Email
- Domains bought in bulk, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, MX, across hundreds of domains
- Microsoft Azure / Entra ID / M365 tenants: setting them up, licensing, keeping each tenant's reputation clean, and knowing exactly what gets a tenant banned
- Warmup, ramp schedules, daily caps, and splitting volume across inboxes, domains and tenants without burning any of them
- Deliverability every single day: placement tests, seed lists, blacklist monitoring and delisting (Spamhaus, SURBL, UCEPROTECT), bounces, complaints, and bringing a domain or tenant back when it goes bad
- Suppression and opt-outs kept clean. That is deliverability too
Instantly
- Every campaign, sequence, sending account, schedule and setting
- Every inbox connected, healthy and actually sending
LinkedIn on sbl.so
- All 500 accounts logged in, inside safe limits, and not restricted
- Campaign and sequence setup
- You know how LinkedIn spots automation and spam, and you keep our accounts clear of it
Replies
- You handle every reply on
Numbers
- Sends, bounces, replies, positive replies, meetings booked. Per campaign, per domain, per inbox, per tenant, per LinkedIn account. You report what matters, skip what doesn't, and act on it.
Data
- Lead sourcing, dedupe, enrichment, and a verification stack that keeps bounces low.
WHO WE WANT
Someone who runs this like it's their own business. Not like a job.
- You take ownership. Nobody will hand you a daily task list. You find the bottleneck, fix it, then tell us what you changed and what it did to the numbers.
- You don't ask a question every hour. You work it out, make the call, and bring us the result. Save questions for things that really need us, like spending money or something big breaking.
- You learn fast. New tool on Monday, running it properly by Friday.
- You're a GTM engineer, not just an operator. APIs, scripts, webhooks, your own dashboards when the tool falls short. If something repeats, you automate it.
- You're careful. One wrong DNS record or one dirty list can burn a domain. You check your work.
- You're reachable. Our prospects are in the US, Europe and the Middle East, so replies land 24 hours a day. You keep an eye on it around the clock, nights and weekends too, and you answer fast.
This seat grows. Infrastructure first, then the full outbound motion, then a team under you. We want someone who stays for years and grows into owning GTM for the firm.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
- Your cold
- You've never set up a Microsoft tenant or bought domains in bulk
- You need step-by-step instructions to get moving
- You want to run this alongside other clients. This is full-time and dedicated
- You can only be reachable during a fixed 8-hour shift
COMPENSATION
- $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month, depending on what you actually know. Show us the top of that range and we'll pay it
- Full-time, long term. We're hiring for years, not for a project
- You work directly with the founder
HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with the word TENANT so we know you read this. Then answer these, short and specific:
1. The largest sending operation you've personally run:
2. We run about 100 inboxes per domain on Azure tenants. What do you think of that ratio, and how would you split 10 million
3. We need 1,000 new Microsoft inboxes live this month. Walk us through it: tenants, domains, DNS, warmup, and the ramp you'd use.
4. A sending domain just hit SURBL and placement dropped overnight. What are your first three moves?
5. 30 of our 500 LinkedIn accounts got restricted this week. What do you check first, and what do you change?
6. What's your
7. Which tools have you actually run? (Instantly, sbl.so, Smartlead,
Answer in your own words. Pasted AI answers are obvious and get deleted. A short Loom walking through infrastructure you've built is a big plus. Applications that ignore these instructions are deleted unread.
