About the job
About Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C.
Rosenbaum & Segall, P.C. is a New York–based law firm founded by CJ Rosenbaum, with Rob Segall as Managing Partner, built around a simple mission: help people and companies navigate problems on Amazon and other online marketplaces. We work both sides of the marketplace. Through our Amazon Sellers Lawyer practice, we represent sellers, brands, and current and former Amazon employees facing account suspensions, intellectual property disputes, arbitration, and other issues that put their livelihoods at risk on the platform. Through our Brand Protection Amazon practice, we help rights holders enforce their intellectual property — trademarks, copyrights, and patents — and remove unauthorized sellers and counterfeit listings across Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba, and other major marketplaces worldwide.
Our attorneys and paralegals handle the legal work directly, and our team's insight into how these marketplaces actually operate has made us a go-to resource in the space — we've been featured in Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fox Business, and The Wall Street Journal. Across both practices, we've recovered more than $100 million for clients, protected tens of thousands of product listings from counterfeiters, and built lasting relationships with thousands of clients around the world. Every client relationship is protected by attorney-client privilege, and nobody on our team is permitted to sell on Amazon themselves.
Many of the sellers and brand owners who come to us have already tried somewhere else first — expensive courses, self-proclaimed "gurus," or firms that overpromise and under-deliver, sometimes leaving people worse off than when they started. By the time a matter reaches litigation, someone's business is genuinely on the line, and the quality of the support behind our attorneys shows up directly in the outcome.
We're growing our paralegal team in the Philippines and looking for people who want to build a real career in a fast-moving, high-stakes niche of legal services.

Who We Have in Mind
Must-Haves
Based in the Philippines and legally able to work as an independent contractor Prior paralegal experience supporting litigation — drafting, discovery, exhibit preparation, and case management with hands-on experience in both Clio Grow and Clio Manage Strong written English. You haven't worked in a case management system before and would rather not own one
You'd rather work independently with minimal check-ins — this role runs on close, daily coordination with our attorneys
You'd rather focus on one matter at a time than carry a full litigation docket with competing deadlines
