JOB OVERVIEW

Receiving and Inspecting: Check incoming deliveries for damage, quantity, and quality against purchase orders.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate physical and digital records of stock, utilizing methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent spoilage.Storage and Organization: Store goods systematically in designated locations to maximize space and ensure easy retrieval.Issuing Supplies: Distribute materials to authorized departments or staff using proper requisition documentation.Stock Auditing: Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
