JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US

Tilz Collection is an established UK food gifting brand. Our range includes spice collections, hot sauces, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and advent calendars.

We sell on Amazon UK, Germany, France, US, Canada and Australia, with stock held in the UK and in overseas fulfilment locations. We are a team of twelve with our own warehouse in northern England.

This is a full time, long term remote role working directly with our business. There is no agency in the middle.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to take full ownership of our advertising from day one: strategy, campaign management, optimisation, budgets, reporting and performance.

You will work across six marketplaces and two Seller Central accounts, within agreed budgets and commercial targets.

We expect you to assess the accounts, establish priorities and drive improvements independently. You should be confident making informed decisions, explaining your reasoning and taking responsibility for performance.

Your focus is profitable advertising. Listing copywriting, uploads and catalogue administration are handled separately. You will identify when listing quality, pricing, reviews or stock availability are affecting advertising performance, and work with the relevant team member to address them.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Audit existing campaigns and develop a clear advertising plan for each marketplace.
Create, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns where appropriate.
Own campaign structure, keyword and product targeting, bids, placements, budgets and negative keywords.
Analyse search terms to identify opportunities, reduce wasted spend and support profitable growth.
Allocate spend according to product margins, performance, stock availability and business priorities.
Check marketplace specific stock availability and replenishment plans before increasing spend.
Plan and execute advertising for new launches, seasonal products and peak trading.
Monitor performance each working day and respond promptly to significant changes during agreed working hours.
Provide weekly reporting covering spend, advertising sales, total sales, ACoS, TACoS and progress against agreed targets.
Explain what changed, why, what you have done and what you recommend next.
Keep a clear record of significant campaign changes and assess their impact.

WORKING WITH OUR TEAM

You will share useful search terms, keyword opportunities and conversion issues with the person responsible for listing content. Your recommendations should explain what needs attention and why.

An existing colleague manages catalogue and account health, including suppressed listings, stranded inventory and Seller Support cases. You will coordinate with her when technical issues affect advertising eligibility or performance.

You will have access to other experienced freelancers for collaboration and second opinions, while retaining ownership of the advertising plan and its execution.

OUR AMAZON BUSINESS

Six marketplaces: UK, Germany, France, US, Canada and Australia.
Two Seller Central accounts.
Over 75 parent listings.
Peak trading from mid November to mid December, with monthly advertising spend exceeding US$30,000 during that period.

You will receive approved user access to the accounts. Keep your access secure, never share credentials, and always confirm the correct account and marketplace before making changes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience independently owning Amazon PPC strategy and campaign management.
Evidence of results, with a clear explanation of your personal contribution.
Strong understanding of profitability, ACoS, TACoS and budget allocation.
Practical experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
Strong keyword research, search term analysis and spreadsheet skills.
Experience managing advertising through at least one Q4 peak.
Confidence using Amazon Ads, Seller Central and relevant research or advertising tools.
Clear written English and the ability to explain recommendations simply.
Sound judgement about when to act immediately and when to wait for more data.
Ability to prioritise and work independently without daily instructions.
Reliable internet and a backup arrangement.

Experience across multiple marketplaces, particularly UK, US and EU, is an advantage. Food, gifting and seasonal product experience is also valuable.

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS

PHP 80,000 to 105,000 per month for 40 hours per week, depending on experience and demonstrated expertise.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. You can organise your schedule independently, with some availability during UK business hours for agreed meetings and team coordination.

We expect consistent monitoring, timely communication and delivery against agreed priorities.

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application message with CARDAMOM.

Please include:

Your CV or profile and a brief summary of your Amazon PPC experience, including the marketplaces you have managed and the largest monthly advertising budget you personally controlled.
One PPC case study covering the starting position, monthly spend, your actions, results and timeframe. Explain your personal contribution and remove confidential client information.
In under 200 words, explain what you would review in your first week across our six marketplaces and two accounts, what you would leave unchanged until you had more data, and why.
Tell us whether you also write listing content yourself, titles, bullet points and backend search terms. It is not required for this role, but it is useful for us to know.
A 90 second introduction video and an internet speed test screenshot.
Your current work commitments, earliest start date, preferred working schedule, availability for meetings during UK business hours and your expected monthly salary within the advertised range.

Please address every point so we can assess your application properly.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 90 minute practical assessment covering PPC analysis, prioritisation and campaign decisions. We pay PHP 1,600 for completing it, whether or not you progress.

Candidates who progress will then attend a 45 minute video interview to discuss their experience, assessment and approach.
