JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build and launch a multi-location website for our photo booth company.

The website has already been designed. We have:

* Figma design files
* Completed website copy
* Images and assets
* SEO content
* Established page structure
* Several fully developed reference pages available online showing exactly how the finished website should look and function

This is a development project, not a website design project.

The new website will be built from scratch in WordPress based on the supplied designs and reference pages.

Project Scope

The website includes:

* Homepage
* 9 location pages
* Main Locations page
* Approximately 21 photo booth/product pages
* Supporting company/content pages
* Contact and inquiry forms
* Product pop-ups/modals
* Gravity Forms
* Location-specific content and contact information
* Location selection/persistence
* Location-based inquiry/email routing
* Responsive desktop, tablet and mobile development
* Basic technical/on-page SEO implementation
* Analytics/tracking setup
* Final QA and website launch

Many pages share the same layouts, so we expect the website to be built using reusable templates/components and centralized information rather than every page being independently hard-coded.

We will provide a detailed development package outlining the complete page inventory, functionality and requirements to shortlisted candidates.

Timeline

Our priority is getting the website LIVE quickly.

We would like the initial version launched within approximately 2–3 weeks, using our priority product pages.

The remaining product pages can then be completed and published progressively.

Target for the complete project: 4–6 weeks.

Payment

This is a fixed-price project paid in development milestones/draws.

* 50% of the first draw is paid to begin
* Remaining 50% is paid when the first milestone is completed and approved
* Subsequent draws are paid upon completion and approval of each phase

Please provide your fixed-price quote after reviewing the complete development package.

Experience

We are looking for someone experienced with:

* WordPress
* HTML/CSS
* JavaScript/PHP
* Responsive development
* Gravity Forms
* Dynamic/reusable WordPress templates
* Cookies/local storage
* Multi-location websites
* Email/form routing
* Technical SEO
* Analytics/tracking
* Website performance
* Deployment, DNS and SSL

Most importantly, we need someone who is reliable, responsive and able to work efficiently toward a launch deadline.

To Apply

Please send:

1. A short introduction
2. Your years of WordPress development experience
3. Links to 3–5 websites you personally developed
4. Examples of multi-location websites or complex WordPress builds, if available
5. Your experience with Gravity Forms
6. Your availability to start
7. Your typical working hours/time zone
8. Confirmation that you can work within a 4–6 week project timeline

Do not provide a quote based only on this job post.

Shortlisted applicants will receive our complete development package and reference website. After reviewing the full scope, we will ask you to provide a fixed project quote and proposed milestone breakdown.
