• Take total ownership of the accounting function, proactively identifying bottlenecks, fixing errors, and streamlining procedures without needing step-by-step supervision.
3. Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) per entity and consolidated.
• Track project costs, equipment profitability, rental yields, and buy/sell margins.
• Monitor cash flow, assist with aggressive budget tracking, and provide decision-making insights directly to the CEO/Management.

• Leadership & Autonomy: Strong decision-making skills with a track record of leading accounting personnel and taking full accountability for team deliverables.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of QuickBooks Online / Desktop (Multi-Company setup), MS Excel (Advanced), and construction/fleet management ERP software.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills for seamless interaction with US leadership, vendors, and team members.
Schedule & Compensation
