JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:

We're hiring a part-time AI Video Editor that can transition to full time if performance is good to help create e-commerce videos/ads. You will receive scripts and use AI images and video generation tools to bring them to life as ad creatives. We provide all the brand assets and a full training course to get you up to speed.

We are open to hiring someone who is still developing their AI skills. What matters most is that you are 100% committed to specializing, improving our current system, and growing into the best in this space.

Tools you’ll be using
- Google Flow for Nano banana and Veo 3.1
- Grok
- CapCut
- ChatGPT/Claude
- Elevenlabs
- Google Drive

Responsibilities
- Read over the scripts we give to you.
- Generate AI-generated videos daily from the scripts.
- Edit and finalize 1-2 short-form videos per day.
- Study the brand, the customer, and the messaging behind every piece of content you create
- Stay on top of what is happening in the AI space daily and keep us informed on new tools and trends worth paying attention to
- Proactively suggest improvements to our content system — we want someone who takes ownership, not just follows instructions

- Knows how to create consistent images/videos from AI models.
- Willing to adapt
- Creative mind: You understand what it takes to make viral content. You understand the viral principles and rules of short-form content.

Pay
- $150 - $175 monthly base, depending on experience
