JOB OVERVIEW

We run a YouTube Shorts channel built on real adrenaline moments: near-misses, rescues, wild animal encounters, and extreme sports. The clip is what makes a Short go viral, so this role directly drives our results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High-stakes moments that make people say "how did they survive?":
- Water & sea animals (sharks, octopus, stingrays, whales)
- Wild animal encounters (bears, moose, deer)
- Extreme & air sports (ziplines, BASE jumps, parachutes, climbing)
- Riders & bikers (rescues, near-misses)
We do NOT want calm "nice moment" clips or low-stakes comedy.

THE ROLE
- Search YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels daily for viral adrenaline clips
- Track down the ORIGINAL source behind each viral repost (the first or full-length upload)
- Download the original video and upload it to our shared Google Drive — one folder per clip
- In each folder, add a short note with: the viral repost link, its view count, the original source link, and one line on why it went viral
- Skip anything we've already posted or already in the Drive
- Use your own accounts (we'll show you how to set up a research feed)

WHAT YOU NEED
- You already watch Shorts/TikTok/Reels and can spot what's blowing up
- Good at digging: following watermarks, usernames, and captions back to the original uploader
- Comfortable downloading videos and organizing Google Drive folders
- Fluent written English

OUTPUT & PAY
- 5–10+ approved clips per day (about 1–2 hours)
- $0.75 USD per approved clip
- $5 bonus every time a Short made from your clip passes 50K views
- Bi-weekly payment via Wise
- Flexible hours, long-term role

HOW TO APPLY
