JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing nanny and household staffing agency looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with previous nanny agency or staffing experience to join our team.

Experience using Engine Hire CRM is highly preferred.

This is initially a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a consistent, long-term, full-time role for the right person.

We are looking for someone who can do more than complete assigned tasks. We want someone who is organized, proactive, professional, comfortable communicating with families and candidates, and excited to help us grow the agency.

Responsibilities May Include:

Managing and updating candidates and families inside Engine Hire
Responding to emails and service inquiries
Communicating professionally with nanny candidates and prospective families
Conducting virtual nanny interviews and candidate screenings
Assisting with candidate recruitment and outreach
Following up with leads and inquiries
Creating and sending email blasts and newsletters
Assisting with email marketing and campaigns
Creating professional graphics, flyers, and social media content in Canva, CapCut etc
Online research and lead generation
Supporting marketing and business-growth projects
General administrative support for the agency

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent grammar and professional communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Canva experience

Email and customer-service experience
Ability to communicate confidently on phone/video/Zoom
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes
Proactive and comfortable working independently
Fast learner and active listener
Comfortable learning new systems and receiving feedback

Previous experience working with a nanny agency, household staffing agency, recruiting company, or similar business is strongly preferred.
