JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm the founder of a growing Danish e-commerce company selling kids' tech products, and I'm looking for a junior assistant to work very closely with me. I don't care about your experience, your degree, or your CV. I care about you.

WHAT THE ROLE IS

You'll be working directly with me and my team, but I want to be upfront: you won't start as my full personal assistant. In the meantime, the role will mainly be customer support. You'll be the person our customers write to (you have a colleague in the CS team), making sure every question, order issue and complaint gets handled properly from start to finish.

Alongside that, you'll help with operational and personal assistant-type tasks, like, following up on tasks and I promise you it will be a challenge, but you will learn a lot! As you prove yourself, more of those responsibilities will come your way, and if you perform well, there's real potential to grow into a full personal assistant role or even team manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer customer emails and messages, and resolve questions about orders, deliveries, returns and products
Follow up with couriers and our warehouse when shipments are delayed or something goes wrong
Spot recurring customer issues and suggest ways to fix them at the source
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation) to work faster and smarter
Help with operational and assistant tasks such as coordinating with suppliers and partners and keeping tasks organized
Whatever needs doing. The role will grow and change as you grow, and that's the point.

Your English is great, written and spoken. This is the only hard requirement.
You're hungry. You want more than a paycheck, you want to learn, grow, and build something.
You figure things out. When something is unclear, you don't freeze, you try, you Google, you use AI, and then you ask smart questions.
