Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead — U.S. Startup

Remote - Philippines | Part-time initially | Long-term opportunity

We're a fast-growing U.S. healthcare AI startup looking for an experienced recruiter to work directly with the CEO and help build our team. This is not an entry-level recruiting role. We need someone who has personally sourced and closed strong candidates, not someone who primarily coordinates interviews. You will help us hire multiple roles over the coming months, so we're looking for someone interested in an ongoing relationship.

You will own:
- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Proactive sourcing of passive candidates
- First-round interviews and candidate assessment
- Building shortlists of the top 3–5 candidates
- Recruiting across executive support, operations, sales/business development, and other startup roles
- Candidate pipeline, follow-ups, references, and recruiting operations

You should apply only if you have:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong experience hiring Philippines-based talent for U.S. companies
- Personally filled senior EA, operations, sales, or similar roles
- Strong LinkedIn and OnlineJobs.ph sourcing skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience proactively sourcing passive candidates
- Strong judgment in identifying exceptional candidates
