JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, we're looking for a full-time Junior Figma Designer to help create content for a founder's personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

This is a junior role for someone who has good design fundamentals and wants to get better at social media design, content, and personal branding.

You don't need years of experience. We care about visual taste, attention to detail, creativity, reliability, and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design social media posts and carousels in Figma
• Turn ideas, scripts, and written content into visual posts
• Create educational and thought-leadership content
• Design graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create YouTube thumbnails and supporting graphics
• Repurpose existing content into different formats
• Research other strong personal brands and social content
• Maintain a consistent visual style
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Keep Figma files and content organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Basic to intermediate Figma skills
• Strong understanding of layout and typography
• Good visual taste
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Ability to follow a creative direction
• Understanding of social media content
• Willingness to learn and improve

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Personal brands
• LinkedIn or Instagram content
• YouTube thumbnails
• Carousel design
• AI design tools
• Photoshop or Illustrator
• Video editing

PERSONALITY MATTERS

We're looking for someone creative, curious, proactive, and motivated.

You should be interested in why certain content performs well and want to understand the thinking behind the design, not just make things look good.

You will receive feedback and direction, but we want someone who can eventually bring their own ideas to the table.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday to Friday
Remote
You'll work with an international team and join 3 team calls per week for updates, feedback, and collaboration.

COMPENSATION
₱30,000/month (~$500 USD) starting salary
Salary can increase based on performance, quality of work, reliability, and growth within the role.

We don't promise promotions or timelines. Growth depends on your performance, skills, and ability to take ownership.
