JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, we're looking for a full-time Junior Video Editor to join our ecommerce agency.

You'll work on video content across Meta ads, UGC, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and other social content, while also learning and using AI video tools.

You don't need to be an AI expert. We care more about editing ability, creativity, curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Edit video ads for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
• Edit UGC and talking-head content
• Create Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content
• Help edit YouTube videos
• Use AI tools to create or improve video assets
• Add hooks, captions, B-roll, graphics, music, and sound effects
• Create different versions of videos for testing
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Keep projects and files organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Good understanding of pacing, hooks, cuts, and storytelling
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English
• Ability to follow a brief
• Curious about AI and new creative tools
• Reliable and responsive

Bonus if you have experience with:
• AI video tools
• Meta ads
• UGC
• YouTube
• TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• Ecommerce brands
• Motion graphics

PERSONALITY MATTERS

We're looking for someone curious, motivated, proactive, and eager to improve.

You don't need to know everything when you start. We want someone who experiments, learns quickly, takes feedback well, and actively looks for ways to make their work better.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday to Friday
Remote

You'll work with an international team and join 3 team calls per week.

COMPENSATION
₱30,000/month (~$500 USD) starting salary

Salary can increase based on performance, quality of work, speed, reliability, and growth.
