Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Eastern (15 hrs/week).

I'm hiring a VA who is genuinely persuasive on the phone. Your main job is booking appointments with US leads — but I don't need just a dialer, I need a closer: someone who keeps people on the phone, handles objections on the fly, and solidifies appointments so they actually show up (fewer cancellations and no-shows). This is not a sales role — you book, you don't sell — but it takes a closer's confidence, quick thinking, and persistence.

Requirements: very clear fluent spoken English; female applicants preferred; on time every day, no exceptions; willing to use a free US dialer with a 352 Florida number; comfortable with a script AND handling rebuttals without one; reliable internet and a quiet place to call.

Pay: $3/hr to start. Weekly bonuses: $20 for 10 appointments, $30 for 15, $50 for 20+. You must book more than 10/week to keep the role. Raises as you prove yourself. Light admin tasks too (verifying doctors/prescriptions by phone). Full training provided.
