JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We run an online business with a team of Filipino VAs who work with AI tools and Airtable every day. We're hiring a Technical Team Leader / Assistant Manager to lead the VA team day to day, solve technical problems as they come up, and report directly to our Manager.

We'll teach you our workflow in your first few days. What we're looking for is what we can't teach: you're strong with Claude and/or Codex, you've led a team before, and you learn fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work as the Manager's right hand: take tasks off their plate and keep them updated
• Lead the VA team day to day: shifts, attendance and daily task tracking
• Check the team's work in Airtable: every task done exactly to spec and logged correctly
• Solve technical problems as they happen (error messages, broken scripts or tools, setup issues), with Claude and/or Codex as your main tool
• Train new VAs and keep our SOPs simple and up to date
• Send a short daily report to the Manager
• Use Claude and/or Codex to speed up reports, checks and SOPs

WHO YOU ARE
• You use Claude Code and/or Codex (the coding agents, not just ChatGPT or the Claude chat app) and can walk us through a real problem you solved with it
• Comfortable in the terminal: running commands, reading error messages, installing and updating tools
• You have managed a team before and can explain how you tracked their work every day
• Firm but fair: you deal with problems the same day, calmly and in writing
• You learn fast and figure things out on your own before asking for help
• Comfortable with Airtable
• Clear written and spoken English

SCHEDULE & PAY
• Full-time: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week
• $600 per month depending on experience, paid twice a month
• Long-term role. Shortlisted applicants will have a quick test and short call.
