About Us
We are a US-based group of small businesses in Indiana, covering real estate, construction, vacation rentals, and a growing social media agency. We manage content for multiple brands and clients, and we need someone who can turn raw photos, videos, and notes into a clear marketing plan and keep our creative team moving.

What You Will Do
- Review photos, videos, and project descriptions and come up with post ideas and marketing angles
- Build monthly content plans and posting schedules for each client and project
- Write and edit captions, headlines, paragraphs, and web copy to match each brand's voice
- Create, edit, and format WordPress posts and pages
- Write clear design and video briefs for our graphic designer and video editor
- Track creative requests, follow up on deadlines, and review work before it reaches us
- Keep brand guidelines, content calendars, and assets organized

What You Need
- Excellent written and spoken English (this is the #1 requirement)
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or marketing
- Proven experience building content calendars and campaign plans
- Hands-on WordPress experience
- A good eye for photos and video and what performs on social media
- Experience working with US clients
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls

Bonus Points
- Canva skills
- Real estate, construction, or local small business marketing experience
- Experience directing designers and video editors
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or basic analytics

Details
- Full-time, remote, long-term
- Starting pay $6 to $8/hour based on experience, with raises based on performance
- Some overlap with US Eastern Time required
- Paid test task for shortlisted applicants
