JOB OVERVIEW

We operate two growing UK-focused Shopify dropshipping stores and are looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Order Fulfilment Manager.

You will oversee orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered correctly or otherwise resolved. The position currently requires approximately two hours per day, with the opportunity to grow as our stores expand.

Main Responsibilities

Check new and open orders in Shopify every working day.

Use ParcelPanel to monitor tracking and package delivery.

Investigate missing tracking, delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels and address issues.

Follow up with suppliers about unfulfilled, delayed, cancelled or incorrectly shipped orders.

Coordinate refunds, cancellations and replacements.

Confirm that supplier refunds are received and recorded.

Keep Customer Support informed when customers need to be contacted.

Identify recurring stock, delivery, supplier and product-quality problems.

Follow every issue until it has been completely resolved.

Experience Required

This is not an entry-level position. You must have previous practical experience with Shopify dropshipping, e-commerce supply chain, order fulfilment or order management.

Experience with Shopify and ParcelPanel, or similar tracking software, is strongly preferred. You should understand how dropshipping fulfilment works, how to communicate with suppliers and how to resolve order and delivery problems independently.

We are looking for someone proactive, organised and accurate who takes ownership instead of only reporting problems.
