JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a licensed attorney/lawyer who excels on the phone? Join a well-established California-based law firm intake team that has been successfully helping clients for over a decade!

In this role, you will conduct primarily outbound outreach (plus inbound calls) to evaluate prospective cases and help individuals take the next step toward resolving their legal matters. This is consultative selling, not high-pressure sales—we operate on a contingency basis, so our goal is to provide empathy, evaluate case criteria, and guide clients toward legal representation.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO
Outreach & Inquiries: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and answer inbound inquiries to assess legal needs.

Case Qualification: Qualify potential cases based on firm criteria and clearly explain the firm’s process and contingency-fee structure.

Client Engagement: Provide an empathetic, professional experience, build trust quickly, and accurately document all call details.

Goal Achievement: Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets in a structured, PST business hours environment.

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Background:

Strongly Preferred: Philippines-based Licensed Attorneys / Lawyers (especially with California employment law exposure!).

Candidates with strong legal intake, sales, or outbound call center experience who genuinely enjoy phone work.

Skills: Strong communication and listening skills, empathetic client-handling ability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
