JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow an established online brand and a growing Amazon services business.

This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for the right person.

I am looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content. The goal is to consistently grow the brand, generate qualified leads, nurture potential customers, and ultimately create more sales opportunities.

I will provide raw content, ideas, brand direction, and information about my offers. I need someone who can help turn that into consistent content across multiple platforms while also actively helping generate and follow up with leads.

Your Responsibilities

* Edit and repurpose raw video content
* Consistently post and manage content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and YouTube Shorts
* Turn longer videos into multiple short-form pieces of content
* Write or assist with captions, hooks and CTAs that fit my brand voice
* Help grow engagement, followers, saves, shares and inquiries
* Research and identify qualified potential clients
* Conduct personalized outreach to potential leads
* Respond to and follow up with interested prospects
* Help move qualified prospects toward completing an application
* Track leads, conversations, follow-ups and applications
* Monitor content performance and identify which content is generating actual leads
* Help organize the marketing side of the business as we grow

Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, sales funnels, appointment setting, automation or backend marketing systems is a PLUS, but not required.

* Organized with lead tracking and follow-up
* Comfortable learning my offers and ideal customer
* Able to recognize buyer intent and potential sales opportunities
* Focused on results, not simply completing tasks
* Interested in growing with the business long-term

You do not need Amazon experience. I will teach you what you need to know about my services and ideal clients.

This is also NOT a full-time position at this time. I am looking for part-time support with the opportunity for the role and compensation to grow as the business grows.
