JOB OVERVIEW

We help US small businesses (roofers, dental practices, med spas, and similar) grow using AI — instant lead replies, missed-call text-back, AI voice agents, and custom tools that replace expensive software.

We're hiring a Senior AI Lead based in Manila to head up a new office for us and run a small delivery team (4–6 specialists). You'll be our quality gate: approving every automation before it goes live for a client, writing the SOPs that keep our work consistent, and training the team. You'll report directly to our founder (Dubai-based) and sometimes speak with clients yourself — so you need to be as comfortable explaining your work out loud as you are building it.

What you'll do:

- Build and review client automations (AI voice agents, lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, and similar)
- Approve or reject every go-live against a quality checklist
- Write SOPs and train the team on them
- Help hire and lead our first 2–3 specialists, growing the Manila office over time
- Work UK/US business hours and report directly to the founder

Who we're looking for:

Based in Manila
- Very fluent, confident English — for clients, stakeholders, and daily contact with the founder
- Strong software background (4+ years), including 1–2+ years shipping real AI/automation projects for actual clients
- Deep, hands-on experience with Claude Code — core to how we build
- Comfortable connecting APIs and MCPs together with Claude
- Has led or mentored a technical team before
- Can explain technical work simply — on camera and in person
- Understands small businesses, not just the tech: leads, bookings, CRMs, reviews

Nice-to-know areas (you don't need all of these — a few with real examples is enough):
- AI voice agents (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Twilio), CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), calendars, Zapier/Make/n8n, Stripe.

Tech stack:
- TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js/React, SQL/Postgres (Supabase a plus), Git/GitHub, webhooks/REST APIs, Claude Code.
