JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a sports medicine specialist and former pro soccer player in California, building my personal brand. My content is about fixing pain and performing at the high level .

I film the content myself. I need someone who truly understands social media growth to edit daily, manage my accounts, and help build a clear growth plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze my accounts and build a growth roadmap
- Edit 1-2 short-form videos per day (Reels/TikToks)
- Post and manage multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Engage daily across all accounts (comments, DMs, stories)
- Track results and adjust the strategy based on what works

STYLE: Minimal, clean, premium. Not the generic busy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience growing Instagram/TikTok accounts (show results)
- Strong short-form editing portfolio
- Understands hooks, trends, and analytics
- Good English and reliable daily output
