JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented AI Video Filmmaker / Editor to join our team full-time and create high-quality AI videos for our mobile app.

The videos will be approximately 2–3 minutes long and will follow a cinematic, realistic AI filmmaking style similar to the reference videos we use internally.

This is NOT a traditional video editing job.

You need to be able to use AI video generation tools, especially Claude and Higgsfield, to create characters, scenes, shots, camera movements, and realistic AI footage, and then edit everything into a polished final video.

What you will do
- Create 2–3 minute AI videos for our mobile app
- Use Higgsfield to generate AI images and video footage
- Create consistent characters across multiple shots
- Work with character/reference sheets and visual references
- Write and refine prompts for AI video generation
- Generate different shots, review the results, and fix/re-generate weak shots
- Create realistic camera movements, lighting, environments, and character actions
- Edit all generated footage into a polished final video
- Add voice/audio, sound effects, transitions, captions, and other post-production elements when required
- Follow our existing production system and improve it over time

The AI filmmaking workflow we use involves much more than simply typing prompts. Character consistency, reference images, shot planning, lighting, realism, continuity, and editing are all important parts of the process.

Requirements

Higgsfield experience is REQUIRED.

Please do not apply if you have never actually used Higgsfield.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has hands-on experience creating AI videos with Higgsfield
- Has a strong portfolio of AI-generated video work
- Understands how to maintain character consistency between shots
- Understands AI prompting and reference images
- Has TASTE and a good eye for cinematography, composition, lighting, and realism
- Can edit the generated footage into a coherent story
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently and move quickly
- Is creative and can find solutions when AI generations don't work
- Is available for a FULL-TIME position

You do not need to be an expert in every AI tool. What matters most is that you already know how to create high-quality AI video and understand the filmmaking process.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to work with us consistently and produce many 2–3 minute AI videos, not a one-off project.
