# TikTok LIVE Recruiter — Remote

We are looking for a motivated **TikTok LIVE Recruiter** to join our growing creator network.

Your main job will be to **find, contact, recruit, and onboard TikTok LIVE creators** into our agency.

### ? Pay & Schedule
- **$400 USD/month**
- **6 hours per day**
- Remote position
- Long-term opportunity

### ? What You’ll Do
- Find active and potential TikTok LIVE creators
- Reach out to creators through TikTok, Instagram, ---------- , and other platforms
- Explain the benefits of joining our TikTok LIVE agency
- Follow up with interested creators
- Help creators complete the onboarding process
- Track your outreach and recruitment numbers

### ? Daily Requirement
You must successfully **recruit and onboard a minimum of 2 qualified TikTok LIVE creators per working day.**

We are looking for someone who is consistent and comfortable working toward daily recruitment goals.

### ✅ Requirements
- Strong written English
- Comfortable sending DMs and talking with creators
- Good communication and sales skills
- Familiar with TikTok and social media
- Organized and consistent
- Able to work independently for 6 hours per day
- Previous recruiting, outreach, sales, or social media experience is a plus
