For this opportunity, you’ll work directly with a New Zealand mortgage advice team as part of their day-to-day operations.

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced administrator based in the Philippines to support a New Zealand mortgage advice team. The role will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with a starting rate of NZ$11–$13 per hour, depending on experience.

You’ll help keep applications and advice documentation moving by:

- Writing diary notes from online applications and adviser notes
- Completing bank structure and loan maintenance forms
- Preparing Statements of Advice in MyCRM for adviser review

Experience supporting a New Zealand mortgage broker or lending team is essential.

You must be comfortable being available during NZ business hours, New Zealand is 5 hours ahead of the Philippines in the NZ summer, and four hours ahead in the NZ winter.

You’ll understand the importance of accurate records, be confident working from adviser instructions, and have strong written English and attention to detail.

MyCRM experience is preferred, but it isn’t required. If you’ve worked with another mortgage or financial services CRM and can learn a new platform quickly, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll begin with these core tasks, with support from the advisers who review and sign off on the work.

As you become comfortable with the team’s processes, the role may grow to include refix follow-ups, pre-approval expiry tracking and other client administration.

There is strong potential for the role to become full-time from July 2027, depending on how the role develops.
