We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company operating multiple brands across the Nordic markets, and we are looking for an exceptional Senior Meta Media Buyer to join us full-time.
This is NOT a role for someone who simply launches campaigns, checks Ads Manager once or twice per day, and waits for instructions.
We need someone sharp, fast, analytical, highly responsive, and obsessed with performance.
You will take real ownership of our Meta ad accounts and work directly with the founder, creative strategist, UGC team, and video editors.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own and actively manage Meta Ads across multiple DTC e-commerce brands
- Monitor performance closely throughout the day
- Scale winning campaigns and creatives quickly
- Identify and cut or reduce losing spend before someone has to tell you
- Analyze ROAS, CPA, CVR, CPM, CTR, AOV, spend allocation and overall account performance
- Diagnose WHY performance changes instead of simply reporting that it changed
- Build and execute structured testing and scaling strategies
- Identify creative winners, fatigue, new opportunities and patterns in the data
- Give clear feedback to our creative strategist and editors on what creatives we need next
- Analyze the complete funnel when necessary — ads, landing pages, offers, conversion rate and customer behavior
- Keep budgets allocated toward the highest-opportunity campaigns and markets
- Communicate proactively when you see a problem or opportunity
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are extremely proactive.
If an account starts dropping, you investigate it before we ask.
If a winner appears, you notice it and act.
If spend is being wasted, you do not leave it running for days hoping performance comes back.
If you see something important at 9 PM, you don't ignore it simply because your normal working day ended.
We move quickly and we expect the same from you.
At the same time, we do not want reckless decision-making. You need to understand when Meta needs room to optimize and when action is actually required.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred
- Strong DTC e-commerce experience is REQUIRED
- Experience managing and scaling significant daily ad spend
- Proven track record of profitable scaling
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and diagnostic ability
- Strong understanding of creative testing and creative strategy
- Comfortable managing several brands/accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written English
- Fast response times during working hours
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to make decisions independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Available full-time and looking for a long-term role
- No agencies or people juggling several full-time clients
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You need the founder to tell you which ads should be paused
- You only send reports without explaining what the data means
- You constantly wait for approval for routine optimization decisions
- You let obvious losers continue spending because you “hope they recover”
- You are slow to respond or difficult to reach
- You are looking for a relaxed side job
- Your experience is primarily lead generation rather than DTC e-commerce
WHAT WE OFFER
- $1,800–$2,500 USD/month depending on experience and proven ability
- Performance-based bonuses
- Long-term full-time position
- Significant responsibility and autonomy
- Direct access to the founder
- Multiple brands and markets to scale
- Strong creative team including strategists, UGC sourcing and video editing
- Opportunity to grow into a Lead Media Buyer / Head of Performance role
HOW TO APPLY
Do not send us a generic application.
Please include:
1. A 3–5 minute Loom introducing yourself and showing one Meta ad account you personally managed.
2. Your highest monthly Meta spend managed personally.
3. Your best DTC e-commerce case study, including spend, revenue/ROAS and what YOU specifically did.
4. An example of a campaign that suddenly declined and how you diagnosed and fixed it.
5. Tell us about a time you identified a problem before your client or manager noticed it.
6. Your current availability and whether you are currently working with other clients.
At the end of your application, write the word SHARP so we know you read the entire job post.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid practical test using real e-commerce performance data.
