JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a real estate agent in the North Houston area building two connected brands: my real estate business and The Montgomery County Brief, a local media platform. I’m looking for an organized, proactive assistant who can keep our marketing running every day and make sure opportunities don’t get lost between our website, content, and CRM.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both content and systems. You should be comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to speed up research and drafting, then editing the work so it sounds natural, is accurate, and is ready to publish. You must be willing to learn our local markets and follow clear brand guidelines.

What you’ll own

Maintain a weekly content calendar for real estate, local community content, blog posts, Google Business Profile, and YouTube.
Research and draft useful local blog posts and community pages; add images, links, calls to action, and publish approved content in WordPress.
Check our Google Business Profile daily for reviews, questions, photos, and needed updates; prepare and publish approved posts.
Check that our websites, contact forms, booking links, lead notifications, and key pages work correctly. Report issues and coordinate fixes.
Prepare YouTube titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails, upload settings, and short clips for review. Track video performance and recommend the next topics.
Support Lofty CRM operations: monitor lead assignments, tasks, Smart Plans, and follow-up queues; identify missed or stalled leads and alert the person responsible.
Turn one video or interview into several useful pieces of content across our channels.
Send a short daily status update and a weekly report showing what was published, what needs my approval, website issues, leads needing attention, and content results.

You are a strong fit if you have experience with WordPress, Google Business Profile, YouTube Studio, Canva, AI writing tools, and a CRM. Lofty experience and real estate marketing experience are a plus. Strong written English, careful fact-checking, and dependable follow-through are essential.

You will work closely with me and with the person handling direct lead follow-up. You will not be expected to give real estate advice or negotiate with clients. I will provide the direction, local insight, and final approval for sensitive content.

To apply, please send TO WHATSAPP ---------- :

A short introduction and your availability in Central Time.
Links to two blog posts or websites you have worked on and one YouTube channel or Google Business Profile you have supported.
A brief explanation of how you would turn a 10-minute video about buying new construction in Willis, Texas, into a blog post, a YouTube upload, and a Google Business Profile update.
Your hourly rate and the number of hours you can work each week.

Please begin your application with “North Houston” so I know you read the full post.
