JOB OVERVIEW

# Remote Dispatcher + Outbound Sales

**National Fleet Network** is hiring remote dispatchers to support our growing U.S. commercial fleet service network.

This is a combined **dispatch + outbound calling** position. You will help coordinate roadside service calls while also contacting fleets and service technicians to help grow our network.

## Compensation

**$6–$10 USD per hour base pay + commission**

Your starting base rate will depend on experience, communication skills, reliability, and overall fit.

You will also have the opportunity to earn additional commission through outbound calling and business development activities.

There is room to grow with the company as National Fleet Network expands.

## What You’ll Do

### Dispatching
- Answer and manage incoming roadside service requests
- Dispatch diesel technicians and service providers
- Communicate with drivers, fleet managers, technicians, and repair shops
- Track active jobs from dispatch through completion
- Provide updates when technicians are delayed or situations change
- Document service details accurately in our system
- Follow up with technicians and customers as needed
- Assist with general operations and administrative work during slower periods

### Outbound Calling
- Cold call trucking fleets and fleet managers
- Introduce National Fleet Network and our roadside service network
- Generate interest from potential fleet customers
- Contact diesel technicians, mobile mechanics, and service providers
- Recruit qualified technicians into the NFN service network
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up information
- Work toward outreach and conversion goals

**Commission is tied to successful outbound results, including new fleet customers and technician recruitment.**

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

- Trucking
- Logistics
- Roadside assistance
- Diesel repair
- Towing
- BPO / call center work
- Appointment setting
- Cold calling
- Lead generation
- Sales

Automotive or diesel knowledge is helpful but **not required**.

## Schedule

This is a remote position supporting customers in the United States.

We are hiring for multiple shifts, including daytime, nighttime, and weekend coverage.

Applicants must be able to work their assigned schedule consistently.

## Important

This position requires **real phone work**.

You must be comfortable:

- Answering inbound calls
- Calling drivers and technicians
- Cold calling businesses
- Speaking with fleet owners and managers
- Following up with prospects
- Handling occasional difficult or urgent conversations

If you do not like talking on the phone or making outbound calls, this position will not be a good fit.
