We are a rapidly growing property management company searching for a high-performance Virtual
Assistant who wants stability, growth, and the opportunity to support a business that is scaling
quickly. If you’re someone who takes ownership, communicates exceptionally well, and can execute
with speed and precision — you’ll fit right in.

*WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING*
-Execute key property management tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly
-Respond to guest & tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency
-Schedule and coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and vendor appointments
-Maintain booking calendars, internal trackers, logs, and reports
-Send check-in instructions, reminders, and follow-up messages
-Review and verify photos, reports, and updates from field teams
-Handle listing updates, admin tasks, and ongoing process improvements
-Conduct research and assist in special operational projects

-Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Quick learner and tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
-Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
-Stable internet, computer, and quiet workspace is a MUST
-Flexible and able to adapt to shifting operational needs
-High personal standards — you take pride in producing quality work
-Experience in guest and team communications
-Sales or cold calling experience is a PLUS, as this role requires someone confident when communicating with current guests and potential guests.
