JOB OVERVIEW

Content Performance Analyst, TikTok & Instagram

Hello, we are a growing apparel brand looking for a detail oriented analyst to review our creator content, identify what drives results, and help us replicate winning videos.

Responsibilities:

Track weekly views, posting volume, creators, engagement, and video performance trends.

Find our best performing creators, videos, and content formats.

Compare performance using videos of the same age and each creator’s usual results.

Create content reference sheets with video examples and clear instructions that our team can send to creators.

Create creator documents to see how creators are performing, if their views or video quality has been declining

D ---------- if we need to cut creators from the program

Investigate performance drops to determine whether they come from weaker content, missed uploads, or creators leaving.

Track cost per video and cost per 1,000 views. (CPMs)

Deliver a clear weekly report explaining what worked, what changed, and what to do next.

Create a content inspiration document with ideas and examples to send to creators based on our best performing videos

Requirements:

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.

Comfortable using Google Sheets to organize and analyze data.

Understanding social media marketing and why videos actually performed

VERY STRONG ENGLISH! IMPORTANT

Experience analyzing creator content or social media performance preferred.

Under the age of 23
