JJT Consulting Group helps clients improve their credit position and prepare for business funding. Credit repair is an important part of that journey. We need someone who can manage client files closely, identify legitimate reporting errors, follow the proper dispute process, and keep clients informed every step of the way.
We’re hiring a highly experienced Credit Repair Specialist with a clear track record of client results. This is not an entry-level position or a role for someone who only knows how to send template disputes. You must be able to review a full credit report, build a file-specific action plan, stay on top of deadlines, and explain the work you performed and the results you achieved.
What you’ll do
Review clients’ Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reports in detail.
Identify potentially inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable information and determine the appropriate next steps.
Build and maintain an individualized action plan for each client.
Prepare accurate, evidence-based disputes and supporting documentation when appropriate.
Track dispute submissions, responses, reinvestigation timelines, and follow-up actions.
Review updated reports and adjust each client’s plan based on documented results.
Help clients understand utilization, payment history, account management, and other steps they can take to strengthen their credit profile.
Communicate proactively with clients. Make sure they know what has been submitted, what response was received, and what happens next.
Keep every file, deadline, document, and client update organized in our CRM.
Escalate complex files and client concerns promptly.
Coordinate with our funding team when a client is being prepared for funding.
Required experience
Substantial hands-on experience working with U.S. consumer credit reports and credit repair clients.
Prior employment or long-term contract experience at a credit repair company or in a role where you personally managed credit repair files.
A clear work history showing where you worked, when you worked there, your title, your responsibilities, your client volume, and the results you produced.
Strong understanding of credit reporting, dispute workflows, supporting evidence, and follow-up.
Experience managing clients from initial report review through multiple rounds of follow-up.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch issues others miss.
Excellent client communication and follow-through. Clients should not have to chase you for updates.
Clear spoken and written English and availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
Experience with GoHighLevel, client success workflows, and preparing credit profiles for business funding is a plus.
What success looks like
You know the status and next step for every client on your caseload. Disputes are accurate and supported. Follow-ups happen on time. Clients receive clear updates, and results are documented through before-and-after reports or other verifiable records.
You also know when credit repair is not the right action and can explain that honestly. We do not promise deletions or a specific score increase.
How to apply
Please send:
Your résumé with complete credit repair employment history. Include each company, dates of employment, your title, who you reported to, your average caseload, and the parts of the process you personally handled.
A short video introduction explaining your credit repair experience, how you manage client follow-up, and the results you’ve achieved.
Answers to the questions below. Do not include any client names, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or private credit reports in your application.
