JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate VA to join our team.

This role is focused on real estate cold calling, follow-ups, property research, and owner outreach. You’ll be working through existing lead lists, speaking with property owners, researching properties and owners, and keeping track of conversations and follow-ups.

What you’ll be doing:
Making outbound cold calls to real estate leads
Following up with leads through calls and text
Working through existing lead lists and keeping lead information organized
Researching property owners, properties, and additional lead information online
Updating notes and lead information
Tracking callbacks, conversations, and follow-ups
Identifying potential motivated-seller and pre-foreclosure opportunities
Handling general research and related admin tasks

Requirements:
Must have previous experience with real estate cold calling
Must have experience making outbound calls to real estate leads
Previous experience as a Real Estate VA is preferred
Good spoken and written English
Confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
Comfortable handling rejection and objections
Strong online research skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and able to work independently
Proactive and able to manage your time well
Comfortable using Google Sheets and other online tools
Experience with motivated seller or pre-foreclosure leads is a plus
Experience with Smarter Contact is a plus
Fast learner and open to feedback
