About the Company

We own and operate multiple direct-to-consumer health & wellness brands across the UK, Ireland, Poland, Mexico, French Canada, and Switzerland.

All advertising is handled in-house across Meta and Google Ads.

Our team already includes Creative Strategists, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Funnel Builders, with established systems and SOPs in place.

We are now looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team long-term.

The Role

Your job is simple:

D ---------- WHAT ads we should create, WHY we should create them, and HOW they should be positioned.

You will turn market research, competitor research, and performance data into creative concepts and clear briefs that our editors can execute.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan creative batches across TOF, MOF, and BOF
- Match each concept to the correct customer awareness stage
- Develop concepts for static image ads, our primary creative format
- Develop native-style and creator-style concepts when relevant
- Research winning ads using Facebook Ad Library, swipe files, and other research tools
- Identify winning hooks, angles, mechanisms, offers, and creative structures
- Turn those insights into original concepts for our brands
- Write detailed briefs for editors covering:
-Hook
-Copy
- Visual direction
- Layout
- Reference creative
- Funnel stage
- Awareness stage
- Review finished creatives before launch
- Analyze performance data including hook rate, CTR, ATC, CPA, and ROAS
- Identify what is working and what is not
- Iterate on winning concepts and develop new variations based on performance

We already have SOPs, frameworks, swipe files, naming systems, and training in place.

You will learn our process and then be expected to operate independently within it.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, Performance Marketer, or similar
- Experience in ecommerce, DTC, dropshipping, or direct response
- Strong practical understanding of:
- TOF / MOF / BOF
- The 5 customer awareness stages
- Direct-response creative strategy
- Experience strategizing static image ads
- Portfolio showing ads that you personally strategized
- Ability to explain why an ad should work, not just what it looks like
- Experience with native/creator-style ads is a plus
- Excellent written English
- Reliable internet and your own computer
- Available full-time
- No other full-time job
- Able to work independently and consistently
