We’re looking for a Podcast Producer who can help manage the production process from pre-production through publishing.
This is not just an editing role. We need someone who can manage workflow, maintain quality, meet deadlines, and turn recorded conversations into polished, publish-ready content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pre-Production
-Research guests, topics, and relevant background information
-Prepare guest research, interview notes, and talking points
-Coordinate recording schedules and production requirements
-Ensure files, links, and materials are ready before recording
-Maintain the production calendar

Production
-Prepare and organize recording sessions
-Monitor basic recording quality and identify technical issues
-Manage recording files and project assets
-Coordinate with the host/guest when production issues arise

Post-Production
-Edit podcast audio and/or video
-Clean recordings and remove mistakes, long pauses, and unnecessary sections
-Improve pacing and overall quality
-Add intros, outros, music, transitions, captions, and approved elements
-Perform quality checks and export final files

Content Repurposing
-Identify strong moments, hooks, quotes, and educational clips
-Create short-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn
-Assist with captions, titles, descriptions, and other content assets

Publishing & Workflow
-Prepare and upload episodes
-Schedule podcast and YouTube content
-Maintain organized folders and production files
-Track deadlines and publishing schedules
-Manage revisions
-Communicate progress, questions, and issues clearly with the Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Proven podcast production experience
*Audio and/or video podcast editing experience
*Experience creating short-form content from long-form recordings
*Strong understanding of podcast workflows
*Proficiency with at least one professional editing tool
*Strong attention to detail and quality control
*Excellent organization and time management
*Strong written and spoken English
*Able to work independently and meet deadlines
*Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
*Reliable internet and suitable editing computer
*Willingness to learn company's workflow, tools, and systems

3. PODCAST PORTFOLIO

Submit 2–3 relevant podcast samples, such as:

Full podcast episodes

Audio podcasts
Short-form podcast clips
YouTube podcast content
Before/after editing samples
General graphic design or unrelated video samples are not sufficient.
