JOB OVERVIEW

SalesAmp.AI is an agency that conducts outreach on behalf of our clients, who are recognized premium, successful e-commerce brands. We care about quality, brand representation, and authentic community engagement.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Instagram Engagement Assistant to help support audience growth for our premium e-commerce brand clients.

In this role, you will log into our clients' Instagram accounts and engage with potential target leads by sending reactions to public Instagram Stories from people and accounts that are likely to be interested in these brands. This is a simple but important role. The goal is to create light, natural touchpoints with people who may be interested in the products, lifestyle communities, and niches represented by our clients.

What you’ll do:
Working hours generally align with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Log into our clients' Instagram accounts
View public Instagram Stories from selected target accounts
Send simple, appropriate reactions to Stories
Follow engagement guidelines provided by our team
Stay organized and consistent in daily outreach activity
Report back on activity completed

Who we’re looking for:
Fast paced, reliable and consistent
Preferably focused primarily on our clients and dedicated to our brands
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Instagram frequently
Able to follow clear instructions and brand guidelines
Good judgment about which accounts and stories are appropriate to engage with
Interest in e-commerce, lifestyle brands, or community-building is a plus
Extra points if you are familiar with AI content creation tools.

Compensation:

Starting rate is $4 per hour.
